What did I learn
On this quarter, our topics are basket ball and badminton. But we focused on basket ball for moderation test. Besides moderation test we also made two goals (qualitative & quantitative) and made steps on how can we reach the goals. For the health class, we have to make a nutrition plan for 3 days and we have to make an essay about the 3 days plan.
Why was this sample my best work?
I chose this sample work as my best work because I put so much effort for making the diet plan. It was hard to organise between the goals for MN and the daily total, but tried my best to make the diet plan. Overall I satisfied with my result.
What did I do well?
I think i did well on this diet plan. On the diet plan I put 5 vegetables and 5 fruits every each day, I put daily totals for calorie information carbohydrate, fat from all 5 types, protein, and fiber grams, and also I include an excellent variety of nutrient dense foods eaten in moderation.
How can I improve/do differently?
PHE in SPH is different with my previous school, its harder more complex. I know I'm not good enough for sport, but i will try my best effort for upcoming quarter.

Key concept: Health
The key concept for PHE of course health. We learnt many things that related for health, the teacher taught us how to maintain our weight. The teacher explain how many calories we must have per day. Now, I could maintain my health.
